You have access to the entire 1st floor, including front driveway, front porch and back patio. Though no one will be staying on the 2nd floor while you're there, please do not access the 2nd floor or the upper grounds and parking.
Good to know
The White Yarrow Inn House is a 1919 Arts and Crafts era home that has in the past ranged in use from a boarding house for teachers to a private residence, to a traditional bed and breakfast. We're offering an opportunity to rent just the first floor as a vacation rental from November to the end of February. It's a great spot for people who want privacy for themselves in a natural setting, and accessbility to downtown Manitou Springs, with all its shops, restaurants, galleries, and arts and cultural events. Located in Manitou's Historic Downtown district, the Inn House is also walkable to several area trails, from the Intemann/Red Mountain, to the Barr Trail (to Pike's Peak), to the famous Manitou Incline. to Ute Pass, to Rainbow Falls.
